Google Adwords Support Interaction Feedback Survey

I called the Google Adwords support telephone number recently to try and get some answers regarding the renewal of my Google Advertising Professional certificate.

I called Google ( 1-866-2Google) because I couldn’t locate the link for signing up for the Advertising Professionals exam within My Client Center.

After the call, I received by email the first Google Adwords related “Support Interaction Feedback” survey I can recall getting after having called Adwords support.

I was pleased to learn Google cares enough about what their customers think that they now go so far as to ask us what type of experience we had with Adwords.

Such was not always the case.

The Adwords Support email:

Google Adwords Coupons: $100 Promotional Credits

While digging around in my email accounts for information about my Google Advertising Professional status, I discovered an email from Google loaded with twenty $100 Adwords promotional coupons.

These promotional codes were issued to replace the credits I had in My Client Center prior to Adwords switching to its new interface several months ago and are designed for acquiring new Google Advertising customers.

Thanks Google for these Google Adwords coupons.

I plan to use every one of them.

Google Advertising Professionals Exam Expiring Soon

I recently received the following notice from Google Adwords.

Although I don’t recall receiving previous notices by email from Google, they are welcomed because I don’t always check the messages in My Google Adwords Client Center.

We are writing to let you know that one or more of the Google Advertising Professionals exams associated with your Company account is set to expire in the next 2 weeks.

Your Company account pages at the Google Advertising Professionals Program site have been updated to include this information. You can view the exam expiry dates associated with your Company account, as well as who took the exam and when, on the Google Advertising Professionals Company account home page.

If this exam expires, it may put your Company Qualification at risk; please have a Professional take the exam again as soon as possible.
