Happy Thanksgiving 2010 from Google.
Unlike most prior Google Doodles; you will have to use your imagination to find Google’s logo in this 2010 Thanksgiving Doodle.
Just think – as Facebook continues to gather more data on its users, inactive Facebook accounts like mine will receive “targeted” email in their inbox via non-published email addresses like mine below.
What’s odd about this email is it was sent to an address which is only published in one single and exclusive offline printed directory. There are no online versions of the directory nor is this particular email published anywhere else.
The spammer assumed I had an active Facebook account and that somehow the odds of my having a Facebook account were great enough that they could convert their spam email into a “fan” of their group.
I don’t think so.

I thought this was an interesting innovation in YouTube search – YouTube Topics On Search Beta.
While pointing to other Topics while searching in YouTube will likely result in more searches, I wonder if the same would be true if Google added the same feature to its search results on Google.com?
Posting from my iPad appears to be significantly easier than from my laptop.
While Google can translate 50 languages, there is still one language Google hasn’t yet been able to translate – the “Stomach” language.
