I wonder if all public companies have similar mechanisms in place for polling executives and board members about their companies performance and activities?

If I recall correctly, Google Moderator is a self provisioned Audience polling product.

It seems to me every public company concerned with Corporate Governance and transparency issues could easily use Google Moderator to add an additional degree of interactivity with their audiences and accountability to their shareholders.
