What happens when you outsource and entrust your Twitter account and its activity to a “social media expert” based in the Philipines?

In the case of the account below – its gets suspended.

Having seen more than my share of websites drop out of Google, I can’t fathom what it would be like to have all of my Twitter data disappear.

What Happens When You Outsource Your Twitter Account

Its been a while since I have seen a suspended Twitter account.

This particular social media expert was following hundreds of people a day with a disproportionate amount of follow backs.

I guess like Twitter’s 2,000 following threshold, Twitter must have a following frequency / follow back ratio requirement that once passed flags a Twitter account’s activity as spam.

I guess if your willing to delegate the management of your persona and reputation on Twitter or any other social network to a third world contractor who works for pennies on the dollar – you may get what you pay for – or worse…
